IKEA Haul - Part 2

Hi Everyone and welcome back to my blog! I have been back to IKEA again (so exciting) and did an even BIGGER shop! I spent so much money- but it was certainly worth it!! I got quite a lot of necessities this time! But non the less I hope you love what I got and it inspires you!!

The first thing I picked up was a double duvet, as I am going to be getting a 3/4 bed in my uni accommodation so I thought a double would be much better, this cost me £20 and it is a 12 tog which I think is a really decent price for the quality!

Next I picked up a mattress cover as obviously I don't want to be sleeping on the mattress which someone else has been on- whoops! This legit cost £5.50- I mean you can't get any better than that for a double mattress protector can you!

Obviously, I then needed pillows, so I decided that I wanted 4 for my bed and I went with two firm ones and two soft ones as that is what I prefer to have when I am sleeping, so I got the four of them. These were only £3 each for the soft and £5 for the firm.

I then picked up another duvet cover as I thought im going to need two for when the other one is in the wash, this is pretty similar to the one I got last time and again only cost me £13 which is amazing so I just had to get it!!!

I got this Lamp for £7, I thought it was super pretty and would look great in my room, it is a glass lamp which has a frosty look to it which made it even more beautiful

for the lamp I had to pick up some bulbs which would fit as I believe Ikea lamps need Ikea bulbs to fit. these were 2 for £5 which is kind of expensive but atleast I know they are the correct ones!

Then I decided that I wanted to get these magazine stands, as I will have quite a lot of notebooks for my uni work (which you will also see in my upcoming stationary haul- eeekkk). The price for these was amazing, you got 4 magazine stands for £1- total bargain if you ask me!

To go with the stands I got a desk study which I will be using to store all of my stationary and spare things that I will be using on my desk! As yous will see I have ALOT of stationary so I think this was a steal! this was only £5 which is pretty cool!
IKEA TJENA Desk organiser

I also picked up a laptop stand for £2 which is just a little plastic stand. for me to put my laptop on when I am in bed so it isn't heating up when it is placed on top of the covers which is a pretty nifty idea and will stop it from over heating when I am using it!

For my draws I picked up these organisers so that I have a way of seperating all my different things making them easier to find and so that everything isn't mixed up and all mess because that stresses me right out! these were only £6.

I also got a organiser to hang in my wardrobe to allow me to have more storage space as I can fold up all my clothes and have them in different categories within my wardrobe which I thought was quite a good idea as I will have a lot less storage space compared to at home. This was £7 which for something like that isn't bad at all.

Next I decided to pick up a clothes horse which is pretty self explanatory as I will be needing to dry my clothes after I have washed them as I won't be able to hang them outside to air dry them which I do when im at home so this seemed like a better option for me. this was only £5.

I also got a pretty cool desk ironing board which also has a hook for me to hang it up in the cupboard and I thought it was so cool! This was seriously only £4- how amazing!!!

For in my bathroom I bought a shower storage hanger so I have somewhere to hang my shampoo, conditioner and body wash when In the shower- I have one of these at home and think it is a must for my bathroom!  this was £4 which is very cheap for one of these.

I then also got two of these boxes, I got one for the bathroom to store things such as my creams, spare products etc and I also got one for the kitchen to put anything spare that I think I may need and for £3 each I couldn't complain as the quality Is also very high!
IKEA VARIERA Box

For In my kitchen I got quite a lot of things as I hadn't really bought anything for in there, the first thing I got was a set of pots as I will 100% need these for all the pasta that I will be making! these were £8.50 which is a good price for three pots.
IKEA KAVALKAD Saucepan, set of 3

I also picked up a frying pan just incase I needed to be frying anything which I often do at home. this was £2.75 which is a very good price for the quality that It is and if it breaks it is easily replaceable for that price.

Next I decided to get a cereal container, this was only £3.50 and I just wanted this so I was able to reduce wasted space in the cupboards so instead of having a big box of cereal I could pour it in here so I had more room for other things.
IKEA IKEA 365+ Dry food jar with lid
I then just wanted a little tub to put my tea in instead of having it In a big bag in the cupboard so I got this little jar for £1.25.
IKEA KORKEN Jar with lid
I also got this jar for £3.50 just to put my spaghetti in once I have opened it so it is in an air tight container to stop it from going off and going nasty.

I wanted to get an Oven Glove as I am so clumsy and I know without it I would most defo burn myself if I was ever using the oven and for  £2.75 its better than a burnt hand!!

I then picked up this amazing pack of Food Storage Containers for £4- you get 17! yes 17 food containers which I thought omg amazing!! yes they are green but for £4 who cares? I can use these for almost everything and they will defo be amazing for taking my lunch to uni!
